Howdy, Friends!

We are so thankful you're open to serve with us at Vancouver Kids Camp 2026.

This registration is for Volunteers age 16+. Jr. Leaders age 14-15 can also sign up here.

For those under 14 or going into grade 6-8, Our LIT Program (Leaders- In- Training) application and process will be up in coming weeks! 

Ways to Volunteer

Small Group Leaders & Helpers  
Walk alongside a small group of kids, help them feel known, and support them through each activity.

Registration Team  
Help families check in smoothly on Day 1. Great for detail‑oriented people who enjoy organization.

Hospitality Team  
Prepare and serve snacks, support volunteers, and help host our Chuckwagon Family Lunch.

Safety & Security Team  
Keep an eye on doors, support check‑in/out, and help create a safe environment.

Craft Team  
Assist kids as they create, build, and explore hands‑on projects.

Games Team  
Lead outdoor games, encourage teamwork, and bring the fun.

Pre‑Camp Prep Nights  
Join us for weekly evenings of set building, craft prep, and prayer. No application needed.

Post‑Camp Clean‑Up Crew  
If you can’t serve during the week, this is a huge blessing to our team and families.

*We will have Prep Nights each Wednesday (7-9pm) from June 17th until the week of Vancouver camp, focusing on decor & environment creation. 

If you'd like to help with the actual week of Kids Camp, the projected schedule will look like:

*ZOOM Orientation & Safeguarding Review (date & time TBD)
*Pre-Camp Training & Logistics Dinner Meeting
(Aug 4 @ The Way- North Van- 6:30pm)

Aug 5 Camp Day 1:  8am- 12:30pm
Aug 6 Camp Day 2: 8am- 12:30pm
Aug 7 Camp Day 3: 8am- 2pm (complimentary lunch & treat at the Wrap Party!)
*Please note, these times are an estimate, and we'll provide an updated schedule in early July.
